The Ipogeo degli Ottavi Bed and Breakfast is in Rome in 18, Via Accumoli, in the residential neighbourhood of Sant’Andrea, (FR3 Ipogeo degli Ottavi stop) in the north of Rome, close to the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare), and very close to Via Trionfale (last stretch of via Francigena).
It has a good position since it is easy to reach the city centre and other tourist attractions quickly by using the FR3 Railway line (Rome-Viterbo), avoiding traffic congestion. The city centre is easy to reach by car too, because of the GRA.
How to get from Roma Termini:
Take the underground A line (BATTISTINI). Get off at Valle Aurelia stop and take the FR3 train bound to Cesano, Bracciano, Viterbo, and after 7 stops get off at Ipogeo degli Ottavi. Go towards via Trionfale, turn right, cross the road at the traffic lights and go left (about 150 m from our B&B) until the B&B in 18, Via Accumoli.
By car coming from Florence:
Get onto the Grande Raccordo Anulare towards Civitavecchia until about 12 Km, then exit at the Trionfale motorway exit, which is well-marked.
By car coming from Naples:

Afterwards always keep left until the traffic lights (about 1 km from the exit) then after passing under the railway bridge, always keeping left, get onto via Trionfale towards Viterbo. Go right and after about 300 m, after the street number 12.056, turn right, go on the uphill street, until 18, via Accumoli on the left.
